Our Story
Deshmukh Quantity Surveyors established in May 2013 provides independent, professional Quantity Surveying, Estimation and Cost Management Services on a vast range of construction projects including buildings (Residential, Commercial & Institutional), civil engineering and industrial projects. It provides services to Architects, Consulting Engineers, Project Managers, Contractors and Developers.
The team is led by a Civil Engineering Professional with over 30 years of experience in construction industry, experienced in Construction Project Execution & Management of 11 years (India – 9 years, KSA – 2 years) and Estimation, Pre and Post Contract Quantity Surveying, cost control, contracts management and procurement of 19 years (India – 5 years, UAE & Qatar – 14 years) on some of the most prestigious and complicated and mega projects in India and the Arabian Gulf region
